What counts as one examination?
One examination usually means a complete CT or MRI study created during the same visit or scanning session. An examination can contain multiple image series, and each series contains a group of consecutive slices acquired with the same parameters. MyResultLab organizes these series by examination and lets you select the eligible series to analyze.
How do I analyze a complete CT or MRI examination?
Upload the complete DICOM folder and MyResultLab will organize it into studies and image series. You choose which eligible series to analyze. Each selected series is analyzed separately, so reviewing more relevant series uses more credits and may provide broader context for the examination.
Is the first analysis really free?
Yes. Your first eligible image-series analysis is free and does not require a credit card. Additional series use credits from your account balance.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits remain in your account until you use them.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Current credit packages are one-time purchases with no recurring billing or automatic renewal.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. You can purchase more credits whenever you need them. New credits are added to your existing balance.
