MyResultLab is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The AI-generated explanations are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for emergency medical situations or as a replacement for professional care.
• Upload scans or data that you do not have the right to share.

Medical Scan Data

You retain ownership of the medical scans and reports you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the analysis and related features of the service.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated explanations are provided for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

Termination

Limitation of Liability
