It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace a licensed clinician. You acknowledge and agree that SOLRISE LTD is not responsible or liable for any health issues, injuries, adverse outcomes, or damages that may arise from your use of the Service or from relying on any information, outputs, or recommendations provided by the Service.

Who We Are

MyResultLab is operated by SOLRISE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at Suite 196, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyResultLab website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children or minors.

3. The Service and AI Limitations

• The Service summarizes and explains medical reports, lab results, and imaging data using AI models.
• AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or misleading, and may not reflect your full clinical context.
• You are responsible for how you use outputs. You should verify information with qualified healthcare professionals.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Your Content

"Content" includes any text, files, images, or medical imaging data you submit to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit Content and to allow it to be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit Content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or is used to harass, harm, or deceive others.

5. Image Storage and Deletion

We store uploaded raw scan files and analysis reports so you can view, re-analyze, and download them.

• Free users: Raw scan files are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Analysis reports remain available until you delete them or close your account.
• Paid users: Raw scan files and analysis reports are retained until you delete them or close your account.
• You may delete any upload at any time via your account settings. Deletion permanently removes all related files from our servers.
• We reserve the right to remove data that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for emergency medical situations.
• Use the Service as a replacement for professional medical care.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that violates privacy laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to generate or facilitate illegal activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid features, when available, are billed in advance for the selected package. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, code, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to SOLRISE LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated explanations are provided for your personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or the public. You may close your account and delete your data at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLRISE LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any health issues or adverse medical outcomes allegedly arising from your reliance on the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLRISE LTD from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
